One of my main clients the NHS has barred my emails to them saying plusnet is spamming?
Now I'm told by plusnet that next time you'll look at my ticket is next Monday? can anyone explain how i'm supposed to keep my clients satisfied?
Anyone else had a similar problem?

Sorry, may be a bit harsh to question "plusnet stopping my business working?" just very frustrating not being able to work quickly and efficiently with clients due to PN being blackballed by MAPS

Hi,
We already have internal problem 71298 open on this matter and we have initiated communication with MAPS yesterday in relation to this.
We have at the moment taken all the appropriate action we can and will push for this to be resolved. Unfortunately this is now presently awaiting a third party to respond, so remains partially out of our control.

I am a little reticent to mention it (here) but you do have other options. For a few pounds a month you can buy e-mail security services from specialist providers.
Commonly these services provide spam and virus filtered mailboxes and relay servers. Robust e-mail being all they do, they (commonly) operate a cluster of servers distributed across the net. Thus it becomes highly unlikely that all servers are blacklisted at the same time. Should one server become blacklisted, your mail is re-routed through a clean server, while a dedicated team work on getting the blacklisted server delisted.
Feel free to PM me for further details. I should point out I re-sell one particular service. If mentioning such breaches the forum rules, I have no objections to the moderators removing this last paragraph.

Sorry to hijack, and not sure if related, but as of today - relay.plus.net is now bouncing all our emails! Spoken with support and I'm not about to go jumping through hoops trying to recreate problems with direct clients instead of servers, and different IP addresses.
Ticket open just now, but response time is 9 hours? So I have to wait 9 hours before I can get my email fixed, and even then may need networks involvement? I've already moved 1 connection from PN, I will take the others if I have to. Service has gone *seriously* downhill since BT waded in.
