Plusnet Router at Signup

I am looking at signing up my office for FTTC Business Broadband and going through the process you don't seem to be able to opt out of the Plusnet Router.
Is this not possible as we don't really want to be paying p and p on a router we won't be using?

Re: Plusnet Router at Signup

In the sign up journey, under hardware, there's the option to "change" and select "No, I'll use my own router"

That's true on ADSL but not on FTTC.

Re: Plusnet Router at Signup

At the moment it's not possible to opt-out of the router when signing up to FTTC, however we are going to be changing this within the coming weeks.
