Hello,
I placed a new order on the 30th of April and it has been stuck on "Checking your line" since then.
The MAC code I provided at the time of order expires on May 16th. Would someone from Plusnet please make sure that the migration happens on time?
Many thanks.

It's probable your post won't be seen by anyone from Plusnet until Monday - I suggest you give them a ring.

Hi Hevara,
I'm sorry about the delays and lack of updates.
Having checked the order, it appears the system did not place it automatically. I have now placed this for you and popped a ticket on the account for us to monitor this.
This should take 5 - 7 working days to complete.
