No phone line connection

Seems like my phone line hasn't been wired properly! Can't get hold of anyone by phone as my landline is only way of communication and as their systems are down can't use online chat conveniently. The majority of my sales are telephone calls so I am losing sales as I speak. I am not a happy customer
