Hello, we've had SDSL for about 2 months now and I've been asked if we can move it to another office - is SDSL transferable, and if not the account be downgraded to ADSL? thanks!!
Hi Rob. It can be moved, but there's a £350 installation costs and standard SDSL lead times would apply (generally 3-4 weeks). It wouldn't be possible to downgrade the service to ADSL. You would need to wait until it is removed and then place a new order for broadband (and potentially a new telephone line should you need one).
