Migrating Home phone service to Business?

How To? I can't find anything on the website.
My brother-in-law has PN unlimited BB & phone on his domestic line, I've set up sync'd NAS drives from his business (also PN) but he recently experienced problems with his home landline which is taking several days to resolve.
I'm interested to find out the costs/process for migrating his domestic line to a business service in order to get more rapid resolution of problems.
Any help/links much appreciated.
