Invoices

Just a thought - i'd not realised before but ....
As a business - we need to have invoices, all business need to have invoices.
Every month PlusNet generate an invoice on the business account when the account is paid.
Every month an employee has to log onto the PlusNet portal to print out the invoice.
Times that by 40 odd lines and its a few hours work every month just to get invoices.
Why can PlusNet not send the invoice to us in an email once the transaction is complete every month? That would be really really useful !
If there is a suggestions/Ideas area of the business - can someone point them at this post please, perhaps we can make business users lifes slightly easier with a bit of automation.

It even got onto the 'priority list' of things to do next - at one time.  But then got moved to the mythical *NEW* Back-Office development which would solve ALL the known problems.

It would be useful if the accounts could be merged on to one invoice. At the moment each ADSL line seems to be invoiced separately. Having multiple invoices each month, downloaded in our own time, just increases the bookkeeping workload.
I guess PlusNet still has a private consumer heart beating at its core.

If Plusnet Partner works for you, let us know. Multiple broadband managed on one portal, single web page for signups, tools you'd need to manage broadband en mass and a single invoice once a month.

I'm the same.  I get a request every month to grab the invoices for our Finance department.  Now I'm going to have an extra account to go grab them from.
I'd love if they were just e-mailed off to an email address of my choice.  🙂
