Internet very slow for the last few days

Hi
Please can you check my internet as its been terrible for the past few days,
Even my neighbors are contacting me to see if mine is as bad as theirs so there must be a problem.

Hi there,
The line isn't disconnecting much that we can see, so it's not that causing the problems.
When you say it's very slow, what speeds are you seeing? Can you perform a BT speedtest and post the results in here, you should do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes too: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

The download speed on the test is 1.43 mbps but its taking ages to open web pages
I've rebooted the router but still have the same problem.
One of my neighbours contacted me this morning asking was my internet bad also so there must be some problem.

Did you go through the further diagnostics test on the BT speedtest?
If you're still experiencing issues then I'd strongly suggest creating a fault ticket at https://faults.plus.net - our business support team will pick this up and investigate.

I have just rebooted the router again as the internet was unusable all morning, everything seems to be back to normal.
I will raise a ticket if things go bad again

I would strongly recommend going through the faults process - you might have a marginal line and thus put your business at risk of a total failure - been there!
Is the any noise on the phone line?  Dial 17070 option 2.
Is the router connected to the master socket?
Can you please gather and post all of the information requested in the speeds issues thread at the top of the ADSL forum.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
