Internet stops working every time it rains

I have a problem with my internet going off everytime it rains which is pretty often.

I logged a complaint on sunday and still awaiting the engineers call.
I have workers sitting around that cant do anything because the internet is so poor.
I'm also trying to upload files from wordpress to get my website up and going but thats completely impossible because of the internet.
Can somebody let me know when this will be looked at?
I have signed up for a 24 month contract but I'm beginning to regret it.

Did you report this as a fault or go through the complaints process? Unfortunately at the moment I can't access any accounts internally so can't check what's happening.

What is the voice quality on the phone line like?  Do you hear hisses, crackle and pops during quiet periods?

At the minute its terrible its taking minutes to open pages.
should I reboot the router or leave it?
Its nearly impossible at the minute to run my business the way things are .
The ping is going as high as 4530
The line is noisy sometimes when chatting customers

Since you also regularly experience crackle on phone calls, why not - when things are crackling - dial 17070 and select Quiet Line. If it is still crackling (and it is within the usual service hours of  BT or PN or whoever provides your phone service), ring them and ask them to try - and then raise a fault.
This is one for the future since you have already logged a broadband fault.
