HI, our IP profile has dropped down from 3 to 2 Mbps again ... it's wet and windy out there today.
I've rebooted the router, so the downstream connection speed is now 3840 Mbps. Download speed right now is 1.9 Mbps.
I tried to use the help assistant but got the usual error message partway through the process. Does it ever work?
Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you could raise the IP profile again. And ideally find out why our line drops out in wet and windy weather! We're facing a long winter here ...
Best wishes, Anne

You might consider running a "Quiet Line" test for yourself. If you hear cracks, fizzes or pops on your line it may be there are faults on the line which degrade the service. I had that last year and it came on suddenly after a period of bad weather. The engineer eventually found the fault at a central telegraph pole which supplied several houses. The connections had become corroded.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
