How early should I worry about my IP profile? I know the FAQ’s say 10 days but I was under the impression that was just for adsl ?
BT Wholesale test shows:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 16.58 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 11.89 Mbps-16.99 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 16.99 Mbps
My guaranteed speed was 27
Too early to worry or already doomed?

It is not 10 days for fibre.
What speeds does it say you can expect of you put your phone number in the DSL Checker?
How are you checking your speeds, wired or WiFi and with what?
Can you post the details from the Help Desk tab on your router, making sure you hide sensitive info such as username and password?
Are you plugging the router into a filtered master socket, or via an extension?

I can't see the FTTC speeds available, are you able to post a screenshot, or maybe just a simple table ?

That really does not make any sense, it does not show that FTTC is available. PlusNet does not do FTTP on Demand, so what product have you got? Yet your router connection shows you are connected to VDSL/FTTC G.933.2 on line 23.
Have you recently moved to PN from a LLU supplier, which might be the reason the DSL Checker is not showing the right info?

Well that is very odd, your links show an upload profile that PlusNet do not supply. they only offer 2Mbps or 20Mbps and the checker shows no FTTC available. I don't know what to make of that.

It’s business unlimited fibre broadband and phone.
It’s an old line that hasn’t been in use for a couple of years reconnected on a new number, the cabinet has only recently been installed (last couple of months) and only been stickered with fibre available for the last two weeks.

Then rather than post the results of your phone number, can you use the address checker and post those results? They should provide a better clue as to what you can expect, again, hide any personal information.

No, it is much better, there is for sure a problem.
So, one last thing from me, have you done a quiet line test - dial 17070 from a corded phone, and let us know how that goes - depending on the result, report a fault - phone noisy or broadband low speed - phone noisy take priority. -
