How hard can it be?
Like many other people, my mobile phone is plagued with "Junk" phone calls.
My phone has the facility to block calls from number withheld numbers and I use it.
When I contact PlusNet regarding my broadband installation or that of a client, I always make a point of stating that any calls to my mobile will have to be prefixed with the number reveal code (normally 1470) if you wish to talk to me.
Invariably this leads to the agent telling me that "they have made a note", apart from one or two who have told me they can't reveal the number . . .
Does any one ever read the note before they call me back?
Nope, the first I know of an attempt to call me is an e-mail stating "We tried to phone you but you were unavailable . . "
