Hi everyone. New here so excuse me if I'm in the wrong place.
I'm on unlimited business atm and I have 2 domains hosted. I can't find where to go to get the details of these for logging in.....
any ideas, please??? TIA.

Hi Moose,
A warm welcome to the forums.
If there is hosting on your account you'll find the details you need here...
- Log on to the portal with your account name & passoword
- Select Manage Account
- Over on the right you should see "Website Settings"
- Click Manage your webspace
- Click standard webspace
- The Your Webspace screen tells you all
- Web address
- FTP account settings
- Web space usage
- Activate and manage webstats
For managing your domain names...
- Log on to the user portal as above
- Select Manage Account
- Bottom left you should see "Domain names"
- Click manage your domains
- The Domains on this account page allows you to manage the domain name settings
- Click the CONFIGURE button to access the setting options
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Another example of the timestamp problem @Townman .
It is currently 18:34 on 18/6/2019 here in Hertfordshire in the Forum timewarp it could be anytime
@JonoH for addition to the list.
