Home Hub (Business or Home use)

Hi

 

We are a business Customer... is there anyway to tell if the hub they sent if for home or business users

Sorry no idea. On the BT Business HH5, the router pages use the word Business all the time e.g. pages called "My Business Hub" etc. Also the BT business version allows you to specify the DNS servers while the domestic ones don't. So might be an idea to see if your Hub One allows the DNS change.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
