Hi mattewan,
I've passed this one back for you as I'm convinced that we need to get the dropping connection sorted (without reducing the upload) before we can get the slow speed issue fixed. I'll make sure to stay on top of this for you and keep you updated daily.

Hello Matt,
I have since moved premises. I am now on an exchange which is very close. I sync at 8mb/832k everytime and my BT Profile is at 7mb presently.
My download speeds are much better since the move, and touch wood, the line seems to be holding the connection.

Just to further expand on my previous post.
I have been at my new premises for a few weeks now and the speed is excellent.
