I have broadband and Fixed line. Moved premises and eventually wanted to re-use my number when the old contract with OneBill ended - (BTW Avoid OneBill - OK when you are with them but try to leave, even at the end of the term and they try all sorts of tricks to squeeze extras as you leave. Anyway I digress.....)
+net Broadband services are excellent but it has taken from 6/5 - 4/6 to get my old number ported to the +net line so I have had no incoming business calls for a month. Who knows what business I missed? Continuous chasing on the support pages (147628806) eventually solved it - A BT -Openreach 'exception' - never really explained. Was this a hangover from my altercations with Onebill?
So what rebate can I expect for my loss of service and unquantifiable loss of business?
