I just got an email from CS asking if I wanted to upgrade to the Plusnet Extra Fibre package. I am a business customer with a static IP block on the FTTC 80/20 trial so what are my options now that the trial has finished?
Hi there It would appear that emails only intended for our consumer customers on the 80/20 trial were inadvertently sent to 7 business customers also. We'll be contacting each of the 7 customers today to apologies and explain that the emails were sent in error. I'm sorry this has happened and have spoken with the team responsible. Mark
