Fibre Unlimited Speed Improvement

Hello,
Does anyone at plusnet know why my line is only syncing at 20Mb on Fibre Unlmiited 80/20 - estimated speeds was about 79Mb!
Upload is fine, I am getting 18Mb! but download is well pretty poor in my view - still waiting for ticket to be replied too........
