Hi
I'm on the 80/20Mb trial and today my speed has been really slow (10mb download)
Is the trial still running?
Thanks
James

Morning James
I hope you've found the trial useful so far but sorry to hear you're now having problems with the connection speeds. The trial is definitely still running - we'd let you know if there were any changes.
I've taken a quick look at your account and I can't see any obvious reason for the slow down. Everything on our side looks to be fine. By the looks of your connection, I suspect you've already rebooted your modem and/or router (I can see there were two drops in connection yesterday, one at 21:23 and one at 23:46) If you just rebooted one or the other, please turn both off, leave them off for a few minutes then turn them both back on.
If this doesn't fix it, we need a few speed tests from our supplier's website so we can demonstrate the problem to them. You'll need to do these tests with a single computer connected to the router via Ethernet cable (please stop any other device from using the connection whilst you're running the test or this will distort the results). The address is http://speedtest.btwholesale.com
If you're still getting slow speeds on that, please raise a fault by answering the questions at http://faults.plus.net and we'll do some further diagnostics and take it from there.
