I am usre we are not alone, but for the last month the response time to email have been unusable, the fact PN are changing servers does not help when a business expects to access its mail. How are other getting on?

We're aware of the slowdowns and I'd suggest using an email client such as Outlook, Live Mail or similar while we continue with the work to replace the storage platform. Sorry there's not much else I can suggest at the moment.
