Email from bt.commteam

Today I got some spam from BT.com team <bt.comteam@comms.bt.com> which appears to be actual spam from BT rather than a phishing email.  Should I expect to get more of these in the future?  Has the "result of some changes to our billing systems"* meant that my account has been transferred to BTs' systems, the company that I originally abandoned because of their incorrect billing?

Hi there,
I can assure you that you have not been moved to BT's systems, and that we would not pass on your details to BT.
If you can send me (via PM) a copy of the email, including headers, I'd be happy to investigate this further for you.

Many thanks for the quick response.  I'd be an unhappy customer if I had to deal with BT rather than PlusNet.
