One of our customers has had their domain name suspended because PN did not renew it even though we ourselves provided PN with alternative payment details for the automatic renewal as they normally pay by direct debit.
They woke up this morning to find their website and email down.
Does anyone know how long it should take for PN to re-activate (or un-suspend) the domain name - payment was provided (by us again) this morning and processed manually but the website and email is still down and our customer is understandably cross with us because they assume its our problem.
And if any PN Techs are available, is question reference #49029221.

I've had personal experience of a domain being released from suspension within hours of payment being paid.
This looks like something for the DC team to look at tomorrow although Business Support appear to be on duty at the moment.
