Domain name not renewed

we have a client who was has their business broadband and domain with you

Today they stopped getting emails and upon looking the domain name hasnt been renewed (auto renewal is on)

payment wasnt attempted via usual payment method of DD

how has this been allowed to happen and why should it now take up to 48 hours for you to resolve?Huh

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
