Do account changes get actioned over weekends?

I am currently waiting for a netblock of 8 ips.
Do things like this get actioned over weekends or only during the week?

Hi mattewan,
The team who deal with allocation of IP blocks are unfortunately not in over the weekend, so it won't get picked up until Monday.  We'll get this chased up for you after the weekend.
