Curent status of Business FTTC order?

Ticket 108735734
Order placed for FTTC back in July for installation on 12 August (next week).
Direct debit forms downloaded, filled in and sent to Plusnet.
The account is still showing 'waiting for DD forms'.
Also the order tracking hasn't moved for sometime so I am not sure if the installation date is still on.
I have found some closed service tickets on the account.which hint that the order has been placed, but the order tracker doesn't show this.
I raised a ticket this morning for an update but it is still waiting.
Any chance of an update?

Morning Cjags,
I have now updated the ticket in question on your account.
The orders are fine but our systems never received this update which is why the tracker states the orders had not been placed, I have manually updated those for you.

I have also received the TXT about the installation on 12 August.
So all systems go.
Apart from the direct debit form which seems to have gone missing. Sad

Update:
FTTC installation went like clockwork.  77M download and 18M upload.
Still getting the direct debit setup but Plusnet have now received a second copy of the forms.
The only niggle is that for a business account, why does it take days to respond to a ticket?
