Cancelling my account

Hi,

 

I phoned beginning of August to cancel one of my phone / broadband lines and was told that it was being dealt with and i did not need to do anything else. But the account is still running and looks like i've been charged the disconnect fee as well the monthly line rental even though its not being used. I have queried this several times in the open question that is on the account but have not had any response. Can this please be sorted out.

 

Account in question is "winbooze2" if someone could look into this for me.

I have another account that we want to keep which is "winbooze"
