I think in this instance it is best to call in and speak to our sales team directly if you are unable to set up an account over the website.

Opening Hours: 
8am - 8pm Monday to Friday  
9am - 7pm Saturday  
9am - 6pm Sunday

Yes, I phoned up on Monday and the person on the phone did it all for me. I even tried that browser called Edge that I never use, ever, from any computer, and had the same issue.

 

I'm just on hold now to get a static IP address added for another one of my customer's accounts.. 😕

 

This would have taken me 10 seconds previously. Estimated wait time 15 minutes.
