Can somebody confirm im on an 80/20 service?

Hello,
Been on FTTC for quite a while now.  Recently had problems with the line so I was using the openreach speed tester quite a bit.
Recently, when using the tester again, my results are suspiciously close to 40/10.  I want to make sure I am actually on the 80/20 service that I'm paying for, and not 40/10
If I am on the 80/20 service then I'm probably best going to the 40/10 service
My username is mattewan
Thanks

Two things
The only option for Business Customers is 80/20
For non Business Customers the options are 80/20 and 40/2
Plusnet do not offer 40/10

Why not just look at the sync speeds, or the Helpdesk page on your router? That should let you know what service you are getting.

Ahh didn't realise the only option was 80/20.... When I signed up to it when it first came out I thought I saw 40/10 as an option.
I can't see my sync speed because I have a locked ECI openreach modem which I have connected to my draytek 2830 router.
Thanks

Running the BT speedtest further diagnostics to find you IP Profile (up and down) might clarify.
