Business phone and VAT rate change

What's happening to Business accounts re VAT - etc for B/B and business phone.
All the talk on the forum about emails on the subject is about home accounts.
And no email from PN
Not all businesses are registered  for VAT so this is important.

Aren't business prices quoted Ex. Vat therefor a business account will just go up by 2.5% naturally, with no need to tell people?

I understand that 
But - not all users of business accounts are large - or even small companies that have accounts department that deal with such things.
I would guess that many of PN's business accounts are for small - maybe one man companies - and charities etc etc .
And when I was in a sales / account management / marketing position - every opportunity to contact a customer was a sales/marketing opportunity .
But just look at big BT - their printed bills have lots of marketing material included .
All I'm suggesting is a polite and simple email to business customers.
