I can confirm that approach is valid. I migrated most of my business accounts to Zen Internet. I get excellent fast service in the very rare event of problems. I'd previously been a recommender of PlusNet, but tired of inaccessible and patchy Customer Service. For all of my business services and the one remaining PN service the delivery of the "final mile" of copper is through OpenReach.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
