Business Broadband Speed

A couple of times last year I raised a support ticket to move to ADSL max as presently we only have a 512K connection. I received the automated response but have never heard anything since and the package does not seem to have changed. I have therefore a couple of questions, is our package compatable and what would be the best way ford to switch over if we can.
