On the 26th Feb you took a payment from my account. Yester day, 18:36 I was informed that another payment will be taken on or after the 4th March. That 8 days later, surely NOT a monthly direct debit. Please explain this process and what it going on???

Hi there
Looking at the invoices raised and the payments made I can see the following
Invoice 19226035 raised 2010-02-02 and paid by DD on 2010-02-09
Invoice 19644611 raised 2010-03-01 and awaiting payment by DD
There is nothing listed for 26 Feb nor is there anything outstanding. It looks like the February invoice was raised as normal and paid as normal.
If you are seeing something different please raise a ticket on your account for the team to deal with but right now I cant see anything out of the ordinary with your invoices or payment dates.
Does the invoice section in themember centre reflect what I've posted?

Mark, I may have to raise a ticket! 1 monthly payment collected on the 8th Feb; 1 (more) monthly payment collected from my bank on 26th Feb. So may I have one of them refunded?

Please do raise a ticket.
Where we are right now is that I cant see a record of us making a second deduction in Feb on your account. I'll need our finance team to dig further into this.
I'd imagine it would be of help if you could scan and upload a copy of your bank statement showing only the relevant information to assist the billing team investigate.
