On the report a broad band fault wizard, it's asking for the best time to contact me with a list of options.
This is a business account.
Just a suggestion but how about making one of the options, During Office hours.
Also, how about not making an evening number mandatory.

I believe it's a plain text box so you can type in 'office hours only' if you wish? Understand what you're saying though. I think you can also request not to be contacted out of hours as well, provided you've not opted to use enhanced care.

See what you're saying. I know what's put in the free text does appear on the ticket immediately below the preferred times so will be read and understood, but that's not clear from the form - I'll have a word with our web team and see if there's anything we can do about that.
