What does the bold 2000 Kbps imply in an up to 8Mbs product
Is the line capped at 2Mbs?

Update.
Dropped a ticket into the 19 hour queue and it was answered within 4 hours.
The requested SNRM reset done with a drop to 6.5 with D/L speed climbing up past 2.5Mbs.
Brilliant service ( it is a business line though )

Hi fcel,
I've update our profile for you to 2000, to match the two profiles up. May need a single one-off reboot of the router to pick up this profile.
