BT Business Smart Hub 6

Hi 

I've just swapped from BT to Plusnet Business Broadband. I would like to be able to use my BT BUSINESS Smart Hub 6 that I previously used on BT. I cannot seem to get it to work.... 

Have done a factory reset and logged in to advanced settings to enter my Plusnet user details however whenever I try to save the info a message appears to the effect that the information will not work with BT. 

Can anyone assist please?

Many of us are successfully using a business smart hub.

First of all are you sure that the swap to Plusnet is complete? 

When setting up the smarthub start with the VDSL broadband cable disconnected. Reset by holding in the reset switch for 30 seconds then start setting it up again. Once set up with your Plusnet details then connect the broadband cable.

If that fails post the model number and firmware version here to see if that will give us a clue.
