Annex M no improvement on upload speed

I requested an upgrade to Annex M on the 14th September (Question number 91575863).
I had a response from PN on the 17th asking me to confirm acceptance of the additional £10 - I replied straight away to say yes...
It took them another 2 days to reply saying they had problems placing the order on the line, and that it was being passed to their "supplier".
On the 25th, The ticket was placed on hold for a day with a comment saying it should be active in 24 hours.
So, on the 26th, Annex M went live... however, upload speed has not increased at all. The router reports that it is synced at 2172kbps upstream, but speedtest.net shows upload speed of only 0.81 mbps.
I have sent a comment back on the ticket, but no response... why does it take PN so long to respond to questions?

My download speed has decreased as expected, in line with Annex M.
So basically, i'm paying an extra £10 per month for a reduced download speed, without the upload speed.

Thanks for taking my call this morning.
As we discussed, our supplier is working on resolving the issue with the Annex A to Annex M profile that appears to be stuck on their equipment. I have received a response to state this should be resolved by 2am in the morning.
I will check again on my return to work at 9am tomorrow.
Hopefully everything will then be working as expected.  Thanks again for your patience on this one.

The profile has now been reset by our supplier at 2am this morning.
I did try to call you to discuss but you were not available to take a call.
Please can you test the line for performance and either reply on the forum here, or alternatively to the support ticket on your account if you still experience a slow upstream.
