Hi All. Just been reading through the forum and it appears that just like my experience of customer services, Plusnet are well represented and do what they can to help here too! A refreshing change TBH. So I'm hoping that our business broadband will be activated by midnight tonight (as per estimated date). However looking at the order tracker in the member centre, its still reading "checking your line". Its not imperative that our connection is activated today but it would be nice given that we're currently poaching the connection from next door (I hope Bernard isn't reading this). Can someone have a quick look and check to see if everything is ok? Thanks.
