ADSL2+ moving to FTTC?

I am posting this from a unrelated account.
I live in a ADSL2+ area that is down to be enabled for FTTC in Aug 2009 (now!)
If I signed up to the Business Option 2 service could I be considered for the FTTC trial once BT allow other exchanges to be in trial?
If BT decide not to trail on those exchanges could I move to the service from ADSL2+ to FTTC / VDSL2+?
Can someone check how far I am from my nearest cab? (I cant find it on the street level)
I take it Business services are priced ex vat?
