Have just signed up with Plusnet to provide a telephone line and ADSL connection in my new shop.
The earliest appointment dates offered when I was going through the signup were 3+ weeks away - is this typical?
I realise that it's out of PN's hands, as they are reliant on the wonderful level of service offered by BTOR, however just thought I'd ask as I'm a bit crippled without an internet connection.
