£28 and not £25

Can someone please explain to me why I am charged £28 for my broadband service and not the £25 specified on the website?
I would have raised a ticket but your system will not let me.

We have a matrix of prices on the business products.
First off is the standard market pricing, which I am sure you are used to.
We also offer 12 and 24 month contract options on business.

Ah yes, the 24 month contract was not appropriate for me, I already have people who are looking for me to move again.
