I've always had intermittent disconnections on my dsl line. However, sometimes it is much worse - this past weekend has been particularly bad, and it doesn't seem to stay up for more than a few minutes at a time.
Would it be possible for someone to have a peek at my stats to help pin down the issue, please? I would struggle to get through the connection troubleshooter / report a problem form on the website, with the connection as it currently is.

Have you tried connecting via the test socket?

Yes - I didn't notice any improvement. (Also, the phone line doesn't seem to sound noisy).

From what you've said you need to get a fault raised. I'd suggest seeing how far you can get with http://faults.plus.com. It doesn't matter if the connection is up and down while you do it, if you have to go back to it, it should pick up from where you got to.

Thanks! I've reported the fault as you suggest. It does seem to have been slightly better today - I'd be really interested to see a Radius graph in case there is a pattern to it, if at all possible!

Hi bigpig,
I'm just running some checks on your line now. I'll provide any updates on ticket 81413902 with my findings.
