xDSL Linestate down!!!

Every hour or half an hour or so my internet disconnects for about 2 minutes with the lights on the router flashing! and when i look on router logs it says xDSL linestate down? could this be caused by having my upload uncapped? if so please fix it. Constantly disconecting during games isnt verry fun.
