If I read your stats correctly we have
Attenuation 50dB
Noise margin 6.5dB
Speed 3068kbps
The answer must be not from that information - BUT
You should try the test socket and report the stats again immediately after connecting as you should be getting better speeds than you are (but wait until it is broad daylight to get the best result) and it just might be that the default noise margin has increased to 9dB and this would show it or not as the case may be.
Your errors seem to be low which is a good sign but may also be down to a higher default noise margin

What's the purpose of the training period? It's to set the fault thresholds the line is always in training to get the best speed, may take months but the system will get there.
