would i need a install

hi i have signed up on the 2nd i woulder if i need a install from openreach i allready have a openreach modem and i want to find out how long will it take for my landline to be transfer

i notice the dates on the account but on the sevice notice it does say i don't need a install

There will not requirement for an engineer to visit your premises.
You already have a telephone line at your property, which we will be taking over. The broadband side of things will be done external to your premises (at the exchange).

i notice my order status is a little behide becuse you did order my broadband and frist payment is by a card and the its still on Checking your line its been like that for a few days

That's right, the order has been placed. We;re awaiting confirmation that the order has been accepted before the tracker is updated further.

Basically, the order has been submitted to our suppliers who have an estimated delivery date of 12/11/2013. Other than that, until the order moves into a committed state, which may happen at any time, I wouldn't be able to provide much further information. As soon as the status of the order changes, it will reflect on the Order Tracker.

why did my activation date on the  go to the 16th  and it was on the 12th before? i do not need a install from openreach i have the modem allready
