Just joined Plusnet. The setup: Thomson wireless and 4-port router, one main pc connected to router with ethernet cable, two wireless laptops. The problem: the laptops only connect to Plusnet wireless network with "limited connectivity" ie can't get onto the internet. Main pc connects flawlessly.
Network Connectionsin XP show only my Local Area Connection ie internet - no entry for anything called Plusnet Wireless.
Obviously I'm an idiot at this - could someone point me at a dumb person's guide to getting the laptops properly connected? TIA...

Hi, welcome to the forums
If you have 'limited connectivity' first thing to check would be that you put the password in for the wireless connection correctly.
I believe on the PN Thompson router this can be found on the underneath of it. It is case sensitive.
Let us know how you get on
