why has no one responded to my ticket ?

well i added a comment to my ticket 2days ago and still no reply, poor service from pn

If  you add a comment to your ticket I believe it goes to the back of the queue  Roll_eyes

I think that you'll find that PN states 3 days to reply to a ticket.

As above - every time you add a comment, it "bumps" it to the bottom of the queue again and will take longer to be dealt with Sad

We can't lower the SNR at the moment as your service has been disconnecting fairly frequently over the past week or so. I've updated ticket 75715415 with more information about how best to proceed with this.
