which plusnet staff feel like helping me today ;)

Hell plusnet staff im posting on behalf of my brother, he has phoned to say he broadband is very very slow, he says his pages take so long to load that sometimes they crash and it shows nothing. He uses the free router you sent him 8 months ago and has logged in and done a gateway hop but still says his connection is very slow.
He is on unlimited package and has adsl his max speeds are normally 2-3 meg, and ive ran speedtests at his house and normally he is getting around 2.5meg.
Could someone check his account/line for me please

I'm guessing (hoping!) the first word of your post is a typo  Wink
It may help Plusnet if you let them know your brother's username...

Support staff work 24/7. You can contact them by phone or by raising a fault ticket.
The Digital Care team, who operate on these forums, generally work normal office hours, although they sometimes post outside those hours.
