where's my new router???

I recently signed a new 12 month contract and paid for a new router, I have still not received the router what is happening?

Sorry about the delays on this, the router was added to your account as requested but seems there was an error during dispatch, I've corrected this now and it should be with you within a few days, we do advise 3-5 working days due to royal mail estimates however this is usually 1-2 days
