where do i find out if/when skegness exchange gets upgraded to adsl2?

as above, there was a link on here somewhere but cant find it, ive used sam knows but thats out of date anyone got a link of latest exchange updates and when they plan on going live?

the generic list is at http://community.plus.net/21cn-exchange-availability/ and there is no mention of Skegness (EMSKGNS)
Nor is there any mention on Samknows - http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/EMSKGNS of any date
