what are assured services and are they killing my speed

I have been having speed test issues for the last few days and tonight raised a speed fault with PN. PN checked my profile and advises that there appeared to be mis matches.
I ran another bt speedtest and was told by the checker that I have other services on my line. Nothing new has been added to my line or removed. The test for the further service report mentioned assured rate what is assured test rate and could this be responsible for killing my bb speed.

I think the "other services" associated with assured rate is probably BT Vision capability which the line supports but we don't have. I think this "appeared" when BT updated the speed tester a few weeks ago. I've not noticed any effect from apparently having this capability on my line.
